Bubble Beard...

Emerson loves putting bubbles on his face and pretending he has a beard. He LOVES playing in the bath. His favorite is filling up containers of water and dumping them. :) (notice the bruise between his eyes? he fell into a shelf and acquired a third eye!) He is ALL BOY!

Emerson was really jealous of Peyton during her entire visit! (they were here 12 days!) I kept thinking he would get used to having her around, and he just didn't. He HATED for me to hold her, and didn't even like for me to talk to her when someone else was holding her. Poor little guy would get huge tears each time I had anything to do with her. Occasionally, he would take interest in her. He did enjoy tickling her toes! Here are a few pictures I captured of the two of them!

Guess Who Came to Visit The Straley Family?

We are so lucky to have Amanda, Darryl, and Peyton here for a visit! It has been a tiny bit crazy with two little ones in the house. :) Peyton is a precious, chubby little thing. She weighed 14.2 at SIX WEEKS (she is now 7 weeks)! Also, happy 28th birthday to Amanda! We were so excited that we were able to spend your special day with you!

Emerson is having to adjust to not being the CENTER of attention. He is crying every time I attempt to hold Peyton, and he tells me NO when I ask him if I can hold her! Mr. Jealous is his new name!

Pause my music, and turn up your volume! Listen to Mr. Jealous telling me "no"!

This is Emerson driving the neighbor's 4-wheeler! The kids are so funny around here...they never play with their own toys. They all trade toys/cars when we are playing outside!
