Off to Poolville, Texas!

Emerson and I headed up to Poolville for the week to visit my sister and her baby, Peyton (Uncle Darryl was out of town)! I never thought I'd brave the 5 hour trip with a toddler, but all went well. We had a wonderful time. Emerson really loved the animals during this visit and was a little less jealous of Peyton! Thanks, Amanda for a super week! We can't wait to come back...We love you, Polasek family!

Our 5th Anniversary!

Brian and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary on July 17th! Brian bought tickets to the Cirque du Soleil show, Saltimbanco. It was awesome! This is the 5th Cirque du Soleil show we've seen (appropriate, huh? the 5th show for our 5th anniversary). We even saw one in Orlando one year. I can't remember the order we attended the shows in, but they were: Alegria, Varekei, La Nouba, Corteo, and Saltimbanco. We love to catch this show when they are in town. If you haven't been to one, you must go!
