Florida: Part 1

We flew in on this exact plane! Brian's mom took this picture as we were arriving at the gate! (Yes, it is a small airport, and she knew this was our plane:) Both the boys did wonderful on the flight. I was a little nervous about Langston, but he really surprised us and did well! We even got a few compliments from people sitting near us. You just never know how they are going to be. It is around a two and a half hour flight to Ft. Myers.
Here we are...so excited to see Grammy and PapPap.

When we got to their house, we had a surprise birthday dinner for Brian. His birthday was the day before!

I didn't get to blog about Brian's birthday because I was too busy getting ready for this trip! So, happy 35th birthday to my love!

Who says you can't have a Mickey Mouse party when you are 35?

The boys got into the toys right away!

They love playing with all the Disney characters at Grammy's.

The birthday boy!

Emerson begged us to go swimming after dinner the FIRST night we were there. I think it was around 8:00 or so...here we are on our evening swim!

The boys had just woken up here...and guess what? They wanted to be out at the pool first thing in the morning. We did A LOT of swimming! :)

Langston liked playing outside the pool, but Emerson loved being in the water.

He was making us nervous because he wanted to touch the water with his hands and feet.
I just knew he was going to fall in!

Langston had this amazing ability to float in the water!

See how many toys we had in the water?

Me and my man

We enjoyed golf cart rides. We had six people and a dog on the golf cart! :)

We were in search of manatees.

It was windy!

We found the manatees, but I couldn't catch a good picture. This is the best I could do.

Stay tuned for Part 2....coming soon!
