We went to take pictures with Santa. We weren't very successful with Langston, so I tried taking a few at home, and I struck out again. This handsome little man doesn't have a problem smiling for the camera! :)
This is the best I could do with Langston-no lie!

We were so lucky that Peyton spent a week with my parents. The kids played together for seven straight days! They had a blast!
They were waiting on their lunch and were making faces at each other.

A visit with the Willis Family was long overdue! We had superhero action going on all day!
This sweet boy turns one in about a week! UNBELIEVABLE!
They had to wear their Hulk costumes outside to play in. These used to be my brother's boys. I guess Langston and Coy will one day want to wear them, too!
Paper Jamz...oh the love of Paper Jamz in my house!
They are 9 months apart and are nearly the same size! Everyone thinks Langston is so big, but he is really a tiny little thing.
All our boys! So blessed!

Trevor, Travis and Emerson :) The Cub Scout in the middle was selling popcorn that day!
See ya soon!

what cute kids! since you love cranberry thanksgiving, do you have any christmas classic recommendations for books? i would love to study a good classic with the boys!
Thank you, Jamie! Two of my favorite Christmas books that I used while teaching were The Wild Christmas Reindeer by Jan Brett and Twas the Night Before Christmas by Clement C. Moore. With the Wild Christmas Reindeer, kids love the humor she uses. It is also a great book for an author study. Jan Brett is an awesome author to learn about. She likes to include animals in her stories and usually showcases different cultures. Twas the Night Before Christmas is fun to use because the story is familiar. You can create fun sequencing activities with simple pictures and since it is written in poetry many lessons can be created from that alone. :) Hope these suggestions help.
