This and That

These boys had sooo much fun tackling this guy!  Colter and Emerson had a great time.  Coy was at home with his daddy, and Langston was napping (part of the time:).  Just the two of them...just like the "old days". :)

I REALLY, REALLY wanted REAL pizza a few nights ago.  We are all on the "Langston Safe" diet, but this night I had to stray.  We ordered pizza, and I needed a quick alternative for Langston because he is at the age where he really wants to be eating what everyone else is eating.  I used Pillsbury Crescent rolls for the crust, spaghetti sauce, and Daiya shredded cheese alternative (tapioca and pea protein based).  He really thought he was eating what we were eating.  You have to keep in mind with children with food allergies, that they have NEVER had the REAL DEAL, so they don't compare your alternatives to anything. :)  He loved his "pizza", and we enjoyed ours as well...even though we had to scrub up and wipe mouths and remind Emerson 200 times that he had something that wasn't "safe" for his brother.  Whew.

 Looks slightly like pizza, right?

We went to our property or "the land" last weekend and brought this fun toy with us.  Guess what?  It stayed on the trailer the entire time because we forgot the keys!  (Don't worry, we made it out today and remembered the keys...pictures to come.)

It is finally raining here.  Our deer feeder is now IN the pond!

This creek was dry over the summer.

They are fishing with sticks. :)

 Langston enjoyed the stationary buggy.

Hope you have a great week!
