No, Emerson didn't peel these potatoes, but he did help me put them in the pot when I finished peeling one... Mashed potatoes taste so much better with those sweet little hands in them!
He LOVES to help in the kitchen. Getting him involved in the kitchen fun is the only way I get dinner cooked!
Yes, he still has a third eye! He hit his poor little head again, in the exact same place!

I asked him to put the chopped pepper in the bowl...he proceeded to do just that...one tiny piece at a time!
