Kemah Boardwalk

On Friday, we headed to Kemah Boardwalk. I haven't been there in years, and I've never been with my family. We all had a blast! We headed to the DOUBLE DECKER CAROUSEL first! Emerson was in heaven. :) We of course had to ride on the second level.
It was really neat!

Both the boys had their Penn State hats on!

We took a ride on this to view the boardwalk and bay.

My sweeties!

Grandpa Straley and Ms. Cindy

Brian and I rode this roller coaster. It was called the Boardwalk Bullet! I had to talk Brian into riding it with me. I LOVE roller coasters.

The whole fam rode this ferris wheel. :)

Emerson really enjoyed flying these airplanes.

I rode with Langston. He liked them too!

We had a tasty lunch at Joe's Crabshack.

We watched the boats go by...

Next, we went on a train ride.

At the end of the train ride, they take you through a tunnel with saloon type scenes. Emerson got really scared and started crying. I felt really bad.

Emerson was tall enough to ride this mini balloon ferris wheel by himself, but Brian was such a good sport and rode with him. I rode with Langston.

Emerson ASKED to ride this one. It takes you up and drops you. He didn't like it at all. :(

This is NOT the one Emerson rode. This is the "big kid" version! :)

Back to the mini one. :)

The ferris wheel...a favorite!

This is another view of the ride that takes you up to view the boardwalk and bay. It was a beautiful day! So. Much. Fun.
